Our CEO
Lesley Stevens
Lesley is the founder and CEO of Mindshift Neurolab, where her passion for empowering children through positive mental health practices drives our company’s mission. Her professional history spans industries and age groups, from children’s programming and entertainment for Disney Cruise Lines to Senior Living Programming Director working with active adults. With firsthand experience working with individuals aged 0-104 – and a BS in Family Science with a concentration in psychology – she has dedicated her career to understanding the connection between mindset and health. This focus has helped her develop a deep understanding of how mindset influences both physical and mental health outcomes throughout a lifetime. It has also shaped her belief in the power of early interventions to support flourishing kids and families.
Lesley is also involved in volunteer work, having contributed to Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, and Save the Beach sea turtle rescue. She’s a beach lover, an avid reader, and a diehard Auburn football fan (War Eagle!!!). Above all, Lesley’s heart lies in helping kids and families lead healthy, resilient lives.
